A miserable shoot for me, as I crossed the Canadian border to the land of liberty of New York City. It was just like I pictured it; hot, muggy, dirty, rude, smelly, and exhilarating all at the same time. I started to pay my dues on this film as I had to put myself up by renting a tiny furnished studio walk up apartment on the upper west side with no AC and no perks at all. Just a daily voucher and only working three days a week, as was Cage. Filmed entirely in New York and its burrows in the summer of '94. With a New York crew, harsh and slobbery, and an attitude of course... And that was just the production team. So happy that I got to leave and go back to Civiland after this film.
